Saint Paul District Dental Society Scholarships

The Saint Paul District Dental Society (SPDDS) offers annual scholarships to D3 and D4 University of Minnesota dental students. These scholarships are in memory of Dr. George S. Monson, a former Saint Paul dentist. His family left a bequest to the SPDDS for the purpose of contributing to dental health education in his name.

As an organization of member dentists, the SPDDS hopes to award scholarships to students who have shown good character, a commitment to school and community, and a connection to the Saint Paul area that may include being a graduate from a Saint Paul High School, being a current resident of Saint Paul, or having immediate family living in Saint Paul. This includes the following counties: Dakota, Ramsey, Chisago, and Washington.
